He came back to Lord Voldemort and played a vital part in his resurrection and, kept on serving him during the Second Wizarding War. He was supposed to kill Harry, but he could not do so. Lord Voldemort thought Peter disobeyed him, so he killed Peter.
6. Bellatrix Lestrange:

8. Vernon Dursley
He was an English Muggle. His spouse Petunia Evans was Harry’s aunt. They lived in 4 Privet Drive with their son Dudley. When the Parents of Harry Potter were killed by Voldemort in their own home, Petunia was the only Blood relative of Harry. So she was legally the caretaker of Harry. Although Vernon and Petunia both dislike Harry so they abused and threaten him badly.
When Harry joined Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Vernon became exceptionally irate, as he disdained anything to do with magic. He was a businessman. In 1997, Vernon, Petunia, and Dudley went out to be stowed away from Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters. After the Second Wizarding War, he reunited with Harry.
9. Nagini:
