We are pleased to announce that we will be offering three hotels for the conference.

4 star Hotel Residence Trinidad

The newly opened **** stars "Residence Trinidad" offers high quality accommodation located in the centre of Prague just under Prague Castle. The hotel can be found in the centre of historical Prague in the heart of the atractive old part of Prague Mala Strana or Lesser Town.

The Residence Trinidad offers accommodation in well furnished rooms and apartments with a total capacity of 45 persons. Each room comes with a large bathroom, or else a shower cabinet, and a hair-dryer. The standard amenities of each room include television, telephone, safety deposit box, minibar, refrigerator, as well as small things like an automatic kettle, tea and coffee, etc. Some rooms, as well as the very luxurious "CASTLE" apartment, are air-conditioned.

The Residence Trinidad constitutes a newly reconstructed four-storey hotel with an elevator, situated in a peaceful corner of central Prague. The Residence building originates from the end of last century. The building basement area houses a pleasant and stylishly appointed restaurant-cocktail bar, the Trinidad. Breakfast is served here as well. The main floor includes the reception area, where one can buy small souvenirs or order different services (eg. laundry, transfers, Prague sightseeing tours, etc.). Should you arrive by car, you can take advantage of the underground parking facilities located some 100m from the Residence Trinidad (the rate is 500 Kčc / night).
The hotel also offers a pick-up service at the airport as well as transportation services from Residence Trinidad back to the airport. Should this service be required please indicate so on the booking form.

Should no suitable person be available, single room rates will apply for part or all of the booking. The hotel is situated literally just off the Charles Bridge, near Prague Castle, and around the corner from the conference venue. As the name suggests, this was originally the Bishop's House for the Small Town (Mala Strana). It was completely renovated in 1999.

4 Star Hotel - The Charles

The hotel is situated just off the Charles Bridge, near Prague Castle, and across the street from the conference venue. The Hotel Charles is housed in an architecturally interesting building and offers international standards of comfort and convenience, while maintaining the charm of the historical and romantic setting of the lesser side Mala Strana.

"All rooms are furnished with Baroque style period furniture and restored paneled roofing beams which give a feeling of uniqueness and comfort. The ceiling between the beams are decorated elaborately with painted foliage and will entertain you as you gaze up from the luxurious beds. The spacious rooms are equipped with all the necessary modern facilities. The rooms range from luxury apartments to executive suites and because of the limited number is recommended for the single traveler, families and small groups." (from Czech website).

Family rooms and suites are available on request. Transfers from the airport to the hotel can be pre-booked from this hotel (price to be confiormed). Your taxi driver will meet you inside the airport and deliver you directly to the hotel.

• Cancellation 30 days before the start of the conference = no penalty
• Cancellation within 30-15 days before the start of the conference = 50% of total costs
• Cancellation within 14-8 days before the start of the conference = 70% of total costs
• Cancellation within 7-0 days before the start of the conference = 100% of total costs
